About Me

One person.
Full focus.

I'm Nazan Ozturk, the data scientist and strategist behind KI DataLab. With a background in industrial engineering, an MSc in data science, and a peer-reviewed publication to my name, I have spent 13 years working with data across six industries in professional environments.

I started KI DataLab because I kept seeing the same pattern: businesses sitting on valuable data, unsure what to do with it. My job is to close that gap, with rigorous analysis, practical tools, and communication that does not require a technical background to follow.

I work with a small number of clients at a time so every project gets my full attention. I also write regularly about data, analytics, and the tools I use, because after 13 years, this field still surprises me, and that is exactly why I stay in it.
